Choosing Hope When Hope Is Painful

I am so excited to introduce to you The She Chose Hope Podcast! This is something that I have been working on for the last couple of months and I can hardly believe that it is finally here.

The She Chose Hope Podcast is going to be made up of a mixture of interviews and chats with just me brought to you every week. In Season 1, we are going to be covering topics like body image, entrepreneurship, chronic illness, and so much more.

In Season 1 Episode 1

In episode 1, we are going to be talking about how The She Chose Hope Podcast came to be. We are also going to be talking about how do we choose hope when hope is painful. There are many times when we experience the death of a dream or a hope that hasn’t come to pass in the way we wanted it too.

Taking that step to allow ourselves to dream again or to hope again can seem so hard when doing so has only led to painful places in the past. Today, we are looking at how we can confidently choose hope, even when our circumstances are hard.
